Now open: Ciara and Russell Wilson’s clothing boutique at Park Meadows - The Denver Post

If you're looking for Ciara and Russell Wilson outside of a sporting event, you might want to check their house — The House of LR&C, that is. The celebrity couple celebrated the grand opening of their clothing boutique at Lone Tree's Park Meadows mall on Monday. It's the first in the Denver area and the fourth nationwide. The star-studded kickoff included appearances by players from the Denver Broncos and plenty of fashion finds. Those who visit the now-open retail store will find a 1,900-square-foot space on the mall's first floor brimming with the couple's original brands, LITA by Ciara, Human Nation and Good Man Brand, as well as 3Brand, a line of children's apparel. The Dollar General Store in Lady Lake is in trouble with the town again over code violations. The store, located at 312 U.S. Hwy. 27/441, was a topic at a public hearing Tuesday morning in front of a special magistrate at Lady Lake Town Hall. Lady Lake's code enforcement officer said she received a complaint from the property manager of the nearby Carmendy Square apartments in May about trash blowing from the Dollar General Store's dumpster area onto the apartment complex's property. Lotte Plaza Market is taking over the 45,000-square-foot space in the Olde Towne Shopping Center left vacant by Stein Mart. ( Mike Platania photo ) For the second time this month, a vacant former Stein Mart building has caught the eye of a new-to-market retailer — this time a Korean grocer. Lotte Plaza Market will open its first Richmond-area location at 7801 W. Broad St. The Maryland-based grocer is taking over the 45,000-square-foot space in the Olde Towne Shopping Center left vacant by Stein Mart, which closed its four Richmond-area locations amid its 2020 bankruptcy. The location will be Lotte Plaza Market's 17th overall. Most of its spots are in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Requests for comment sent to Lotte Plaza Market went unreturned by press time. Hayley Day A 43-acre business park between Beech Street, 14th Avenue and California Way in Longview is complete, and the first business to join is a Vancouver-based gymnastics gym. The Longview Business Park was developed by local broker Jordan Willis and the Sari family, the latter of which owns the land and previously owned the Columbia Ford and Hyundai dealerships before selling the business to Bud Clary Auto Group in 2021. One 0.8-acre lot sold on the corner of California Way and the park's newly built section of Alaska Street next to Papé Machinery Agriculture & Turf.
