Start planning out your wishlists now, and bookmark this page to check back closer to November for the best Black Friday Walmart deals of 2021.

When is Black Friday at Walmart?

Last year, Walmart split Black Friday into three different events, called the Walmart Black Friday Deals for Days event, with early sales starting online November 4 and in stores November 7. With global supply chain issues making it crucial to start your holiday shopping early in 2021, we predict that Walmart will once again start its Black Friday deals early — and that those deals will progressively get better as we approach Black Friday itself.

While we know that Walmart will be closed on Thanksgiving Day this year, the retailer has not yet released its Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2021 hours for November 26. But, last year Walmart stores opened at 5 a.m. on Black Friday, with online deals starting at 12 a.m. ET. We're predicting that Walmart's Black Friday opening hours will be similar in 2021, but we'll keep a close eye on Walmart updates as the big day approaches, the update this story accordingly.

What will the best Walmart Black Friday deals be in 2021?

While we don't yet know the specific deals that will be available at Walmart for Black Friday 2021, we do know last year was huge for tech savings: In 2020 we saw major deals on the Oculus Quest 2, select Samsung TVs and Apple products, like $80 off Apple AirPods Pro and Apple Watches. Right now, you can find great deals on computers and select smart home devices.

And if you're in the market for a new vacuum, you can expect to find lots of options at Walmart for Black Friday, especially on Roombas and Shark vacuum cleaners, which were selling for up to 50% off in 2020.

Finally, keep an eye out for deep discounts on children's toys (last year, shoppers took advantage of prices up to 45% off retail) as well as furniture, mattresses and home appliances, like air fryers and Instant Pots, as well as hot-ticket items from the Pioneer Woman's home line.
