I just love the colourway here on this retro future shoe. The 2090 are inspired by the iconic Air Max 90 and it shows. This shoe has plenty of modern tech and touches, though, including a speed-lacing system and updated waffle sole.

I've found my dream pair of Adidas leggings in the John Lewis Black Friday sale.
The Adidas Loungewear Essentials High-Waisted Logo Leggings are 20% off at John Lewis. At only £17.60, it's hard to resist these leggings. They're comfortable and stylish, with the Adidas logo running down the leg. I'll definitely be snapping these up for my next run.

I was browsing the Best Buy Black Friday sale and came across the Apple Watch Nike. I had no idea that there was a collaboration between Apple and Nike to make these stylish and intelligent smartwatches.
Available in Apple Watch Series 7 and SE models, the Apple Watch Nike comes with the Nike Run Club app and the new Nike watch face. Next, I'm headed to Sports Direct to look at the Nike Kids section. The Sports Direct Black Friday sale has great discounts and also gives you a £20 voucher with every £100 spent.
The Nike's Kid sections is full of football boots, like the Nike Merc SF Pro which is just £65 and the Phantom Venom Elite Junior Football Boots that have been discounted to £70. These would make really good Christmas gifts if your children are just starting to get into football or they've been playing for a while.
There are also some great tracksuit sets, like the Linear Poly Girls Tracksuit or the Essentials Sereno Boys Tracksuit.

A good place to shop for Black Friday deals on sportswear is eBay. The eBay Black Friday sale can help you save up to 50% off new and refurbished items. We have a few people on the T3 team that have bought trainers off of eBay and they've been very happy with their purchases, so I'm going to have a look.
Adidas and Nike trainers have been massively discounted and a lot of people are watching them, so make sure you're quick to snap these up!

I didn't know until I browsed JD Sports Black Friday sale that Nike did yoga mats! If you want to upgrade your current yoga or home gym setup, you can get 40% off fitness equipment from Nike right now. You can also get gloves and arm grips for a better hold on weights or to prevent injury.
Next, I'm headed to JD Sports Black Friday sale, as they have up to 40% off on Nike. I really like shopping for accessories from JD Sports, like backpacks and hip bags.
The Nike Elemental Backpack is only £18 at JD Sports, and is perfect for the gym, office or going away for the weekend. If you prefer a smaller bag, why not try the Nike Heritage Hip Bag which is only £12 today!
Of course, you can't talk about Nike accessories without checking out their signature hats. The Nike Sportswear Air Max Legacy 91 Cap is £15 from JD Sports is a great fitness cap for the gym, on a run or just to cover up a bad hair day.

To go with my leggings, I'm going to have a look at some sports bras. John Lewis' Black Friday sale is full of fashion and sportswear, plus they have 20% off Adidas!
The bra pictured above is the Adidas Don't Rest Alphaskin Sports Bra in Pink. The pink colour is unfortunately out of stock but this style of sports bra is style in stock in black, mint and blue colours, and at just £18.40.
Now, I'm going to head back to the UK and shop for some gym leggings. Who doesn't love a good pair of leggings? I always wear leggings to workout and sometimes when I want to be cosy, I put on my most comfortable pair (who doesn't?!) to slob around in.
I'm going to have a look at a UK retailer, Very. Their Black Friday sale has been running for a couple weeks now and they've had huge deals on fashion, beauty and tech.

Since I was last looking at boxers, let's have a look at some deals on women's Nike clothes (a.k.a an excuse for me to shop for myself). I'm a big fan of Nike sweatshirts and jumpers. They're comfortable, stylish and not too 'in-your-face' with too much branding.
The image above is the Nike Sportswear Essential Oversize Sweatshirt that's been marked down from $60 to $48 (20% off). It looks super cosy and a good thing to throw on before heading to the gym. Below are some more of my favourites.

They've got hundreds of Nike products, for both men, women and kids. If you're looking for boxers in particular, they've got loads of limited time deals on these (links below).
Back to Nike, I'm having a browse of the Nike site's Black Friday sale. In the UK, you can get 25% site wide. I've been keeping an eye out on tanks, and the Women's Printed Running Tank and the Dance Fleece Crew is 24% off. For some subtle Nike branding, I'm loving the Women's Hoodie at just £47.97.

Speaking of trainers, our resident fitness writer Matt Kollat has just bought himself the Adidas Disney Monster's, Inc Stan Smith shoes. At 30% off in the Adidas Black Friday sale, they're a steal and so much fun to look at! They've got the signature Sully fuzzy print and are made up of 50% recycled materials.
Adidas have loads of other Disney or character products, like Peter Pan, the Simpsons, Wall-E and Mickey Mouse. I'm completely obsessed with all of them and a bit tempted by the Mickey Mouse Jogger Set... shame it's in a kids size!

Nike on Amazon is super handy if you're looking for packs of clothes, like socks and pants. These are always useful and doesn't everyone get socks in their stocking for Christmas?! Happy Black Friday! Welcome to T3's Nike and Adidas live blog. Today, I'm going to be hunting for best Black Friday deals on Nike and Adidas from both the UK and the US.
Sportswear is always a popular category to shop during the Black Friday sales. They typically get the biggest price cuts, even from big brand designers like Nike and Adidas.
Personally, I'd like to find some good activewear for myself and also for my family and friends for Christmas. I've got lots of Nike leggings and am a big fan, but I've never owned any Adidas so that's what I'm going to be keeping an eye on this year.
