Kate Middleton Wore a Yellow Dress in Jamaica and It's Perfect for Spring—Shop Similar Styles - Town & Country
It's just as we suspected: Kate Middleton is delivering a slew of seriously sartorial statements on her overseas tour of the Caribbean with Prince William. After a whirlwind three days in Belize, the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge touched town in Jamaica on Tuesday, and she looked like ray of sunshine in a canary yellow ensemble.
While stepping off the plane, the royal style maven opted for a bespoke midi-dress by British designer Roksanda in a cheery hue, perhaps as a subtle nod to the Caribbean country's flag colors. She completed her look with white and gold Aquazzura pumps, a white Salvatore Ferragamo clutch, and dangly earrings by Sézane.
Known as the Brigitte dress, the Roksanda piece features a fitted waistline that looks flattering on all body types with a darling bow at the shoulder and has a flowing A-line skirt. Kate seemingly had her bright yellow pick custom made with added sleeves, but loyal royal fans can still steal Kate's look as the chic dress is available for pre-order on the Roksanda site.
Though, if you can't seem to wait and want to get in on the summer-friendly look (we don't blame you!), you can get your hands on similar styles in a variety of stunning colorways. The Brigitte is currently being sold in rosy pink and red hues, as well as a wool version in cobalt blue, on major retailer sites. Like Kate's version, the dresses also feature a dramatic, structural bow at one shoulder but in sleeveless form. Wear the Brigitte with your favorite white sandals and you'll have yourself the most perfect dress for spring soirees or summer weddings. Shop similar styles below.
